Ingredients

  • Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • Cup Craisins
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ Cup Crumbled Bacon about 4 slices
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Onion Minced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Set Aside.
  • Mince the onion and cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces.
  • Add the broccoli, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and red onion to the bowl.
  • Stir the ingredients together to disperse the dressing over the broccoli mixture. For best results, refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
