Ingredients

  • 2 10 Ounce Cans Enchilada Sauce
  • 15 Frozen Taquitos
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  • Pour enchilada sauce (about half a can) evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish, then arrange 15 frozen taquitos in a single layer.
  • Bake the frozen taquitos at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and pour the remaining 1 ½ cans of enchilada sauce over the top of the taquitos. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
