The Best Cupcakes!

Sink your teeth into moist vanilla cake, filled with a creamy cheesecake center, and crowned with fluffy strawberry buttercream frosting.

Step One:

Combine the cupcake ingredients and add the batter to cupcake liners. Bake the cupcakes for 14-16 minutes, then remove and allow to cool completely.

Step two:

Mix the cheesecake ingredients then bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool then beat the cheesecake with a hand mixer and add the mixture to a piping bag. Set aside.

Step three:

Beat the frosting ingredients together until it is light and fluffy. Using freeze-dried strawberries adds flavor and color without the extra moisture. Add the frosting to a piping bag.

Step four:

Carefully remove the center of each cupcake, then fill each cupcake hole with the cheesecake mixture.

Step five:
