Gather the Ingredients

You will need a pie crust, pumpkin puree, half & half, heavy cream, sugar, salt, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin spices.


Prepare the Crust

Use a pre-made crust or make your own. Add it to the pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.


Pumpkin Mixture

Add the pumpkin puree and spices into a sauce pan. Heat over medium-low heat until warm. Remove from heat and allow to cool.


Cream Mixture

Whisk the egg, egg yolks, heavy cream, and half & half in a mixing bowl until fully combined.


Pumpkin Pie Batter

Combine the cooled pumpkin mixture with the cream mixture and pour the batter into the pre-baked pie crust.


Bake the Pie

Bake the pumpkin pie at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. The pie should still jiggle a little bit when you remove it from the oven.


Cool the Pie

Allow the pie to cool for an hour or two on a wire cooling rack. Then cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Serve the Pie!
