Waffle Ingredients

You will need flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, malted milk, heavy cream, butter, eggs, and vanilla.


Dry Ingredients

Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and malted milk together in a large mixing bowl.


Wet & Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk the cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla together. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.


Waffle Batter

Mix the wet & dry ingredients together with a silicone spatula to make sure you incorporate it all together. The Batter will be THICK.


Prepare Waffle Iron

Turn on your waffle iron. When it is ready, spray both sides with cooking spray and use a 1/4 cup cookie scoop to add the batter.


How Much Batter?

For my waffle iron, I need a little more than 3 scoops. You may need to play around with the number of scoops you'll need.


Cook the Waffle

Cook the waffle until it is golden brown. I left mine to cook longer than when the indicator light came on to get the right golden brown color.


Add Toppings

Enjoy your delicious waffles with your favorite toppings like butter and maple syrup, fruit and whipped cream, or ice cream and chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
