Gather the Ingredients

Gather the flour, butter, salt, and pepper. Strain the turkey drippings and remove the fat. Then add enough chicken broth to make 4 cups.


Make a Roux

Melt the butter over medium-low heat. Sprinkle the flour over and whisk to create a roux.


Add Drippings & Spices

Slowly whisk in the turkey juices & broth, then season with salt and pepper. Keep stirring until the gravy thickens.
