Pop the Popcorn

Honey Butter Syrup
Mix honey and butter in a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Cover the Popcorn
Add the popped popcorn to a large mixing bowl and drizzle the honey mixture over the popcorn. Stir to coat.

Sprinkle with Salt
Pour the honey covered popcorn onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with a little bit of course sea salt.

Bake the Popcorn
Bake the popcorn at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven at the 5 minute mark and stir, then return to the oven.
