Gather Ingredients
To make Banana Pancakes you will need: pancake mix, bananas, buttermilk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Dry Ingredients
Add the pancake mix and cinnamon to a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.

Mash the bananas with a fork or a food processor and mix with the milk and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients (banana mixture) into the bowl of dry mixture and use a silicone spatula to gently mix the pancake batter. Do not over mix.

Cook the Pancakes
Add 1/4 cup batter per pancake to a griddle heated to 350 degrees and sprayed with cooking spray or covered with melted butter.

After 2-3 minutes, when bubble begin to form on top of the pancakes, flip the golden pancakes over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the pancakes are golden brown.
