Ingredients Needed:

Bacon, red onion, celery stalks, butter, flour, beer or chicken broth, milk, sharp white cheddar cheese, Tobasco Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, and pepper.

Step One:

In a large stock pot, cook the bacon pieces over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the onion, celery, and butter. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.things build up.

Step two:

Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir for another 3 or 4 minutes. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for  15 minutes.

Step Three: 

Add the milk to the soup and continue to simmer, without letting it come to a boil,  for another 10-15 minutes.

Step Four:

Remove the soup from heat and add the Tobasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded Sharp White Cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.

Step Five:
