Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

These deep dish chocolate chip cookies are inspired by Disneyland's famous Cookie Num Nums. Gooey, chocolatey bliss awaits!

Cookie Ingredients

You will need softened butter, white sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, all-purpose flour, chocolate chunks, and mini chocolate chips.

Step One:

Beat the softened butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Step two:

Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together and slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix until combined.

Step Three:

Stir in  the mini chocolate chips and 2/3 of the chocolate chunks, reserving 1/3 of the chunks to place on top of the cookies before baking.

Step Four:

Place paper liners in a muffin pan and add 1/4 cup of cookie dough to each cup. Place a few chocolate chunks on top. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Step five:

Allow the cookies to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy a warm gooey chocolate chip cookie with a tall glass of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
