Ingredients

You will need flour, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, powdered milk, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and chocolate chips.

Dry Ingredients

Whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream Butter & Sugar

Beat the butter with the sugar and brown sugar for about one minute until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Eggs & Vanilla

Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix after each for about 15-20 seconds. Add the vanilla and mix for another 20 seconds.

Mix Wet & Dry

Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until the moistened. Do not over mix or the cookies will not be as chewy.

Chocolate Chips

Add the chocolate chips to the cookie dough and stir to mix in.

Scoop the Dough

Scoop 1/4 cup dough balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake the Cookies

Bake the cookies at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the edges begin to turn golden brown.

Let them rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. Serve with a tall glass of milk.
