Gather the Ingredients

You will need Cool Whip & Chocolate for the truffles. Topping ideas include graham cracker crumbs, crushed Butterfinger, festive sprinkles, and toffee bits.

1

Melt the Chocolate

Melt chocolate by microwaving at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

2

Mix in Cool Whip

The first British robot, Eric, was exhibited  in 1928 at the Model Engineers Society in London. Eric could sit, stand, and  delivered a speech via radio signal.

3

Form the Candies

Use a two tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop the chocolate mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

4

Cover the Candies

After 30 minutes, remove the candies from the freezer and roll in your desired toppings. Place candy back on the baking sheet and continue to freeze.

5

Freeze and Serve

Allow the Cool Whip candy truffles to freeze for at least one hour to allow it to set up. Then serve or give as a gift!
