Gather the Ingredients

You will need brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, flour, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, oil, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.

Cinnamon Swirl

Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Place the mixture in a ziplock bag and snip off one corner of your bag of cinnamon filling. Set aside.

Dry Ingredients

Place the all-pupse flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and gently whisk the dry ingredients together. You can also sift the ingredients.

Pancake Batter

In a medium bowl, mix the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Swirl the Cinnamon

Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake to a hot griddle. Swirl the cinnamon mixture onto each pancake. When bubbles begin to form, flip and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cream Cheese Syrup

Use hand beaters or a food processor to combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
