Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Place the mixture in a ziplock bag and snip off one corner of your bag of cinnamon filling. Set aside.
Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake to a hot griddle. Swirl the cinnamon mixture onto each pancake. When bubbles begin to form, flip and cook for 2-3 minutes.
