Gather the Ingredients

You will need a cake mix, oil, milk, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, caramel, Cool Whip, and toffee pieces.

1

Cake Batter

Beat the eggs, then add the cake mix, vegetable oil, and milk. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.

2

Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into a prepared 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.

3

Poke the Cake

Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the warm cake. Be careful to not poke the holes too close together.

4

Milk & Caramel

Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce over the holes in the cake. Cool the cake to room temperature.

5
