Gather the Ingredients

You will need pie crust, pecans, butter, sugar, caramel, eggs, vanilla, salt, cream cheese, cream, chocolate chips, and white chocolate instant pudding.


Caramel Pecan Layer

Heat the butter and sugar, then mix in the caramel sauce, eggs, and salt. Sprinkle pecans on a pie crust and drizzle the caramel mixture over the nuts. Bake for 30 minutes.


Cream Cheese Layer

Beat the cream cheese, then add the powdered sugar. Whip the heavy cream, then fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the pecan layer.


Chocolate Ganache

Place the chocolate chips and cream in a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth. Spread over the cream cheese layer of the pie.


Whipped Cream

Whip the cream with the instant pudding. Put the whipped cream in a piping bag and pipe onto the pie. Or spread with a spatula.


Drizzle with Chocolate
