Gather the Ingredients

You will need a loaf of banana bread cut into cubes, heavy cream, milk, eggs, banana slices, vanilla extract, and sugar.

Blend the Ingredients

Add the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs to a blender and blend until smooth or add to a mixing bowl and combine with a whisk.

First Layer

Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and add a single layer of banana bread cubes. Top with half of the banana slices.

Add the Batter

Pour half of the egg mixture over the first layer then add the rest of the banana bread cubes and banana slices followed by the remaining egg and cream mixture.

Bake the Pudding

Bake the bread pudding at 350 degrees for 60 - 70 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Vanilla Sauce Ingredients

To make the vanilla sauce you will need milk, heavy cream, corn starch, vanilla extract, and sugar.

Vanilla Sauce

Heat the cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Mix the milk and corn starch then add to the sauce. Stir until it thickens. Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
