You will need ground beef or sausage, marinara sauce, cream cheese, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, tortellini, and mozzarella.


Cook the Meat

Brown the ground beef or sausage in an oven-safe skillet and season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Drain the meat.


Make the Sauce

Add the marinara sauce and cream cheese to the large skillet and heat over medium heat until the cream cheese has fully melted.


Cook the Pasta

While the cream cheese is melting, boil a pot of water and cook the tortellini al dente according to the package directions. Drain.


Pasta & Sauce

Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and stir to combine.


Bake the Tortellini

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the top of the tortellini and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
