Gather Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you will need: refrigerated biscuits, breakfast sausage, package of gravy mix, eggs, and milk.

Sausage

Cook the ground sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until it is cooked through and no longer pink.

Prepare the Gravy

Prepare the gravy mix according to the directions on the back of the package. Set aside.

Whisk the Eggs

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a medium bowl. Set aside for now.

Biscuit Layer

Open the biscuits and cut into fourths. Place them on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Sausage & Eggs Layer

Sprinkle the cooked sausage over bottom layer of biscuits. Then pour the egg mixture over the ground sausage and biscuits.

Add the Gravy

Pour gravy over the top of the casserole. Add extra salt and pepper at this time, if desired.

Bake the Casserole

Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Enjoy for Breakfast!

Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Makes 12 servings.
