Gather Ingredients

You will need frozen hash brown potatoes, sour cream, cheese, cream of chicken soup, black pepper, butter, cornflakes, garlic powder, and salt.

Potato Mixture

In a large bowl, mix together the hash brown potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, black pepper, 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and Swiss cheese.

Add to Baking Dish

Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the potato mixture.

Cornflakes

Place the cornflakes in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to roughly crush them.

Cornflake Mixture

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cornflakes with the melted butter.

Top with Cornflakes

Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the potato mixture and top evenly with the crushed cornflakes.

Bake the Potatoes

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes.
