Gather Ingredients

To make these pancakes you will need flour, eggs, heavy cream, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract.

1

Dry Ingredients

Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a mixing bowl.

2

Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract together.

3

Pancake Batter

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. The batter with be THICK.

4

Heat a Griddle

Heat a griddle to medium high heat (about 300 to 325 degrees) and spray the surface with nonstick cooking spray or with butter.

5

Measure the Batter

Place approximately 1/4 cup of batter on the griddle for each pancake. I like to use a cookie scoop to do this.

6

Cook the Pancakes

Cook for 2-3 minutes until little bubbles begin to appear. Cooking time will be longer than standard pancakes. Be patient and don’t flip too soon or the pancakes will fall apart.

7

Flip the Pancakes

When ready, flip the pancakes over and cook for another two to three minutes until they are golden brown.
