Gather Ingredients

You will need a spice cake mix, pumpkin puree, chocolate chips, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and an egg.

Wet Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Cake Mix & Pumpkin

 Add the extra pumpkin spice and the spiced cake mix to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Add Chocolate Chips

Gently stir in the chocolate chips. The dough will be sticky.

Baking Sheet

Use a cookie scoop to measure the dough and drop the cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake and Cool

Bake in a preheated oven set to 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, then remove and allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
