Gather the Ingredients

For the crust you will need graham crackers and melted butter. To make the filling you will need lime juice, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.


Graham Cracker Crust

Crush the graham crackers into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie pan and refrigerate.


Pie Filling

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed and 1/2 cup lime juice.


Whipped Cream

In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer or a stand mixer, to whip the cream until it is light and fluffy and begins to form stiff peaks.


Mix Filling & Cream

Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime juice mixture.


Add to Crust

Pour the pie filling into the prepared graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top with an angled spatula.


Refrigerate the Pie

Refrigerate the pie for at least four hours to allow the pie filling to set up. For best results, refrigerate overnight.


Serve the Pie

Top the pie with whipped cream, lime zest, and a slice of lime and enjoy!
