Russet potatoes, peanut oil, salt, and corn starch.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the potatoes into wedges according to your desired thickness.
Coat the potato wedges in oil, salt, and corn starch. Add more seasonings if desired. (Click below for seasoning ideas).
Add potatoes to air fryer. Do not overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes, flip over and cook for 5-7 more minutes.
Remove the first batch of potato wedges, then repeat cooking process with the second batch.
