Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

Try this copycat recipe for White Castle Sliders and enjoy juicy, flavorful mini burgers that capture the essence of this fast food classic.

Sliders Ingredients

To make these burgers you will need ground beef, chopped onion, onion soup mix, dill pickles, sliced cheese, melted butter, and dinner rolls.

Step One:

Chop the onion and spread over a parchment paper-lined baking sheet that is 10x15 inches or a 9x13 baking dish.

Step Two:

Mix the onion soup and ground beef then press into a large hamburger patty over the chopped onion. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step Three:

Remove the meat from the oven and place the large patty on the bottom bun of the sliders. Top with cheese slices and dill pickles.

Step Four:

Place the top buns over the cheese and brush the tops with melted butter. Place back into the oven for 5-10 minutes to toast the buns and melt the cheese.

Step Five:

Remove from the oven and cut the sliders in to 12 burgers. Transfer the White Castle Sliders to a serving platter.
