Guacamole Ingredients

You will need avocados, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno, corn, tomatoes, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.


Roast the Corn

To roast the corn,  spray a pan with cooking spray and add the corn. Fry until the corn begins to blacken. Stir occasionally.


Chop the Vegetables

Dice the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Remove the seeds from the jalapeno peppers and dice.


Prepare Avocados

Cut the limes so they are ready to be juiced. Slice open the avocados and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop the green flesh into a mixing bowl.


Mash Avocados

Use a fork, potato masher, or Mortar and Pestle set to mash the avocados.


Lime Juice

Immediately squeeze the lime juice from both limes into the mashed avocados and stir to avoid browning.


Add Spices

Mix in the cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and red pepper flakes.


Combine Ingredients

Add the diced tomatoes, diced onion, diced jalapeños, roasted corn, and chopped cilantro. Mix together.


Serve & Enjoy!

Transfer the guacamole to a serving dish and enjoy with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite Mexican food!
