Step one:

Beat the butter and sugars then add the vanilla and eggs. Whisk the dry ingredients together then add to the butter and sugar mixture until cookie dough forms.

Step two:

Crush the Biscoff cookies into coarse crumbs, then add them and the white chocolate chips to the dough. Stir to combine.

Step three:

Measure the dough, then add a small scoop of cookie butter to the center. Fold the dough around the cookie butter so that it is completely covered.

Step four:

Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, then bake the cookies at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove and allow them to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
