Gather Ingredients

For this dip you will need spicy sausage, Velveeta cheese sauce, cream cheese, and once can of Rotel.


Cook the Sausage

Brown the ground sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Blot the sausage with a paper towel to remove excess grease.


Add Cream Cheese

Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and add to the browned sausage. Stir over medium heat until the cream cheese melts completely.


Add Velveeta

Once the cream cheese has melted completely, add the Velveeta cheese sauce and stir until fully combined.


Add Rotel Tomatoes

Add the Rotel tomatoes, including the juices, and stir to combine with the cheeses and ground sausage.


Keep Warm

Transfer the dip to an oven-safe serving dish and keep warm in the oven at 200 degrees or keep the dip warm in a crockpot.
