You will need noodles, cooked chicken, cooked ham, Dijon mustard, butter, sour cream, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and milk.
Cook the egg noodles in salted water, according to the package directions, then drain the water. Mix the soup, sour cream, milk, and Dijon to make the sauce while the noodles are cooking.
Add the casserole mixture to a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix the butter, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs and srpinkle over the top of the casserole.
