In a blender or food processor, blend together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour the French Toast batter into a shallow bowl or dish.
Heat a griddle to medium-high heat and spread butter over the surface or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Dip a piece of bread in the French Toast batter and coat both sides.
Add the French Toast slices to the hot griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Use a spatula to flip the French Toast slices and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
