Dill pickle juice, milk, flour, breadcrumbs, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, chicken.
Add the chicken, 1/2 cup milk, and pickle juice in a ziplock bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, powdered sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and 1/4 cup of milk in separate medium bowl.
Drain the chicken marinade use tongs to dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and coat evenly. Then dip in the egg mixture, followed by a second coating of flour.
Arrange the chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket sprayed with cooking spray. Fry at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes, flipping half way.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
