Rolls: In the bowl of a stand mixer, dissolve milk powder in water and add yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg and 2 cups flour. Mix on low until ingredients are wet then for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 2 cups flour, mix on low until wet then medium for 2 minutes. If dough is still sticky add remaining flour. Dough should be soft, not sticky or stiff. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in size. Pour out onto a floured surface. Roll out and cut into desired shape. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise until rolls are double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until browned. Brush with melted Butter.
Whipped Honey Butter: Whip softened butter. Add vanilla and honey gradually. Beat for 20 minutes. Makes 1 cup.
